Every engagement starts with one question: what does a successful outcome actually look like for you?
For some founders, that is maximum price. For others, it is speed, confidentiality, the right buyer, or protecting what they built after the deal closes. The answer shapes everything, including how we position the business, who we approach, and how we structure the transaction.
I do not run a process for the sake of running a process. M&A advisory at this level should be direct and deliberate. That means understanding your business before we ever talk to a buyer, identifying the gaps that erode valuation before they become leverage for the other side, and making sure you walk into every conversation knowing exactly where you stand.
Most founders sell a company once. Most buyers have done it dozens of times. My job is to close that gap.
