These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Anchor Mint Advisory website, including all content, tools, and resources made available through it. By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website.

1. Nature of Services and No Advisory Relationship

Anchor Mint Advisory provides sell-side M&A advisory services to founders of businesses generating between $200,000 and $100,000,000 in annual revenue. Anchor Mint Advisory operates as an unlicensed M&A advisor consistent with applicable federal and state exemptions for transactions involving businesses below the relevant regulatory thresholds.

Use of this website, including submission of information through any contact form, assessment tool, or estimator, does not establish an advisor-client relationship between you and Anchor Mint Advisory. No such relationship is formed until both parties have executed a written engagement agreement.

Nothing on this website constitutes a solicitation, offer, or commitment to provide advisory services to any specific individual or business.

2. Informational Tools

This website contains interactive tools including, but not limited to, an Exit Readiness Assessment and a Company Valuation Estimator.

The Tools are provided for informational and educational purposes only. Outputs generated by the Tools are estimates based on the information you provide and general market assumptions. They do not constitute a formal business valuation, financial opinion, or advisory recommendation.

Anchor Mint Advisory makes no representation or warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or applicability of any Tool output to your specific circumstances. You should not rely on Tool outputs as the sole basis for any business, financial, or transactional decision.

3. No Guarantee of Outcomes

Anchor Mint Advisory does not guarantee any specific outcome in connection with any transaction, capital event, or exit. M&A transactions are subject to market conditions, buyer demand, due diligence findings, and other factors outside the control of any advisor.

Past results described on this website, if any, are not indicative of future performance.
